Saturday, May 10th from 9 am to 1pm   (1-Day Workshop |  4 Hours)
Join me in celebrating Mother’s Day with a special ceramic lamp-making workshop! I’ll have a delicious
brunch prepared for us, and together, we’ll create a beautiful, hand-built round ceramic lamp adorned
​with a leaf and/or flower motif.

What to Expect: 
​🌸  Learn the art of hand-building a round ceramic lamp from clay.
 🌿  Explore carving leafs and flower and perforation techniques to create stunning light patterns. 
🥐   Enjoy a cozy brunch gathering, featuring waffles, croissants, fresh fruit, local honey, coffee, and tea.

This workshop is a wonderful way to connect, create, and celebrate the beauty of motherhood—whether for yourself, with your mom, or in honor of someone special.

Suitable for all levels • All materials provided • Bisque fire included
 NOTE: The pieces will need to be fired once they are completely dry, which may take up to 2 weeks. I will send a collective email to notify everyone when their pieces are ready for pickup. If you would like your piece glazed, there is an additional $10 fee.  This covers applying clear glaze and glaze firing .

​Sculpting a Woman’s Bust - $479

June 21st, 22nd & 28th  - from 9am to 12pm
Workshop Schedule: 3 days (3 hours/day - 9 hours Total /with instructor + 2 extra hours of studio time.

This workshop goes beyond the basics, delving into head and facial studies, while exploring the essential techniques required for constructing a captivating bust from clay slabs. Throughout the class, I will be providing detailed demonstrations for each step, empowering you to work on your own style and artistic expression.
I will bee providing 2 images for you to select one.
Saturday, June 21st
1st Day -  3 hours
  • ​Cut templates for your bust.
  • Utilize templates to cut slabs.
  • Assemble the bust.
  • Assemble the head.
  • Clean up and wrap slabs and bust with plastic.


Sunday, June 22nd
2nd Day - 3 Hours
  • ​Take measurements
    ​/dimensions of the face.
  • Assemble the neck.
  • Place the head on the bust.
  • Clean up and wrap the sculpture with plastic.
Saturday, June 28th
3rd Day -  3 hours
  • ​Clean up the sculpture with cloth and brushes.
  • Apply a layer of sieved slip for a smooth finish.
  • Employ any desired technique.
  • Prepare the piece for drying and bisque firing.
  • Clean up and wrap the sculpture with plastic.
  • ​Q&A session with tea/coffee 
Whether you’re looking to enhance your existing sculpting abilities or seeking a new challenge, this workshop provides a unique opportunity to elevate your artistic practice.

Hand-Build Totem - $220  / 2 spots left

July 12th, 19th & 26th  •  (3 days / 7 hours total)
Craft your own garden totem using slabs, adding a touch of artistry to your outdoor space. My Garden Totem workshop is designed for all levels, to learn the skills, techniques, and concepts to create your own unique totem from clay slabs. Start by working your way up through different components of your totem. Implement staining and glazing techniques to your piece, then finish off the course by threading your pieces to create a beautiful garden sculpture.
1st Day (4 hours)  -  9 am to 1 pm
  • Cut templates for your Totem
  • Use templates to cut slabs
  • Assemble your totem pieces by using slip
  • Create ornamental pieces for your the totem
  • Decorate your totem pieces
  • Clean and prepare the pieces for bisque firing
Note: Pieces will be bisque-fired before the 2nd Day.
2nd Day  (2 hour)  -  9 am  to 11 am
  • Paint your pieces and apply glaze.
  • Clean your area
Note: Pieces will be glaze-fired before the 3rd Day.
3rd Day  (1 hour)  - 9 am to 10 am
  • Assemble your Totem
  • Clean your area
  • Q & A session with tea/coffee ​ ​

Creative Surface Techniques for Clay

Creative Surface Techniques for Clay #1 - $59

This workshop explores the art of screen printing on clay using ready-to-use Emulsion Mesh Film to create one-of-a-kind stencils for ceramic applications.
What You’ll Learn:
8:00 – 10:00 AM | Demonstrations
The first two hours will focus on step-by-step demonstrations covering essential techniques using ready-to-use Emulsion Mesh Film:
  • Design Selection & Preparation: Learn how to choose and prepare the right design for transferring onto the emulsion mesh.
  • Transferring Designs: Discover how to properly transfer designs onto Emulsion Mesh Film for screen printing using both sunlight and artificial light sources.
  • Thickening Underglaze: Explore techniques for modifying underglazes to achieve crisp, detailed, and repeatable patterns in screen printing.
  • Paper Transfers: Understand different types of paper used for underglaze transfers and how to apply them at various stages of clay dryness.
  • Screen Printing on Clay: Use a custom transfer screen to apply designs to both flat and curved clay surfaces.
💡 You’re welcome to bring a leather-hard or bisque-fired piece for additional exploration.
10:00 AM – 12:00 PM | Hands-On Exploration
  • Create your own screen print stencil and apply the techniques learned in class.
  • Experiment with different clay surfaces provided or bring your own.
  • Receive personalized guidance and feedback as you refine your screen printing approach.​
