Longmont Artist Guild
Summer Show - 2023 This year, for the Summer exhibition, I have decided to create the Endangered Species Series. My focus was on bees, wolves, and salmon. I am hoping to include more animals and insects in this series in the near future. As a new beekeeper, I truly enjoy observing my bees as they hop from flower to flower. My goal is to contribute to the growth of the bee population. I am not motivated by selling honey for profit. I want to express my gratitude to everyone who had the opportunity to come and view the artwork of the Longmont artist. 😍 |
It was great to participating on the
Andrew Joseph Keith's Challenge Sculpture competition from April 24th to May 8th, 2023 I have not finish this piece. The dry air clay worked great however my piece cracked in a few places. I am waiting of it to dry all the way to fix it. More pictures coming soon. |
Sol 19- 4th annual exhibition & sale
Last night at Sol 19, there were a large number of people of all ages. I am grateful to Matt and Tam for providing a Zen and beautiful space for artists of all kinds to display and sell their art. I'd also like to thank my friends Susanilla and Nino, who have appreciated my work from the beginning. To all the wonderful people who came by my space and felt deeply connected with my work, thank you. I had great conversations with Dana and Leah, and I hope they can make it to my future exhibitions. And, of course, I want to express my gratitude to my partner, who has been a great support and admirer of my work. He is so passionate about it that most times, he can explain it better than I can. I was also pleased to have my younger son with me that night. |

My solo exhibition, Yey!
Inspirations and Commonalities of the Human Condition was my solo exhibition at The Firehouse Art Center. It stretched from June 10th to July 3rd. I had a meet and greet on June 25th and it was beautiful to meet a variety of great art loves. It was in the upstairs room of the Firehouse and unfortunately not very accessible. For those that could not assist, Vince made and edited a video for my exhibition that I hope you enjoy. |
Strawberry Festival Vintage &
Antique Market We had a great turn out at the festival. Many great people came by, asked questions, and enjoyed the great art from eight Longmont Artist Guild artists, myself included : ) |

Summer Show & Sale 2021
My 1st exhibition with the Longmont Artist Guild was lots of fun. I had the opportunity to meet great artists and exhibit my work with them. I am looking forward to more connections with the artist world. I have to admit, I am very rusty but my partner, on the other hand, was out there sharing opinions and connecting during the exhibition. I love his enthusiasm and support very much! : ) On Saturday, June 12th the jury prizes were given to the different categories in the art show. I was surprised and excited that one of my pieces, Moo Day!, got 3rd place in the acrylics category. |
