My name is Ana Balzán. Born and raised in Venezuela, I am an acrylic painter and figurative sculptor based
in Longmont, Colorado. Inspired by Colorado’s landscapes, wildlife, and vibrant bird species, I explore themes
of identity and connection in both my paintings and clay sculptures. My work is rooted in personal narratives, shaped by my experiences as a woman, mother, artist and caregiver.
In 2024, I began teaching ceramic workshops,
where I encourage creativity and self-expression in a welcoming environment.
